Clawlicious agrees to dispatch the product(s) ordered within seven (7) working days from the payment receipt date*. However, in most cases, your order will be shipped within three (3) working days.
If your parcel is dispatched by standard parcel post, you should expect your parcel within 2-7 business days. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at orders@clawlicious.com and we will track it for you. Sendle will deliver straight to your door, however, if undelivered a calling card will be placed in your letterbox.
Clawlicious are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc.
A shipping cost will be applicable to all items on www.clawlicious.com except e-Gift Cards, which are dispatched automatically by email.
*Please note that delays may occur around public holidays such as Easter, Christmas and other relevant public holidays.
